Return Policy

At Boldivas, we take pride in offering high-quality spa products designed to elevate your self-care routine. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refund Requests:
To request a refund, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date at info@boldivas.com. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and photos if necessary.

After 3 Days:
Requests made after the 3-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Non-Returnable Items:
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on perishable or personal-use items, including bath salts, soaks, oils, and any product that has been opened or used.

Condition of Items:
To be eligible for a refund (if approved), products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

Missing or Undelivered Items

At Boldivas, we work hard to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Once your package has been marked as “Delivered” by the mail carrier, BOLDIVAS is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. However, we’re here to help guide you through the next steps.

If your package is missing or marked as delivered but not received:
   1.    Check your surroundings:
Look around your property (porch, mailbox, side doors, neighbors) in case it was left in an unexpected spot.
   2.    Wait 24 hours:
Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered before it’s actually dropped off.
   3.    File a claim with the mail carrier:
If your package is still missing after 24 hours, please file a missing package claim directly with the shipping provider (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

   •    FedEx: www.fedex.com
   4.    Contact us:
Once a claim has been filed, email us at info@boldivas.com with your order number and claim details. While we can’t guarantee replacements for lost packages, we’ll do our best to assist.
